In 2002 the course initiated an ambitious long term plan to document, through primary source interviews, the design processes and working methods of the worlds leading visual communicators.

These interviews are disseminated to the cohort, and a wider audience, through publication in book form. Over the last 9 years our students have conducted well over 120 interviews. These have been published in 6 volumes by Art Books International. Teams of students have designed each edition of the S Book series.
